故障1.閥門電動執(zhí)行器閥門填料處外漏

發(fā)生此類故障的原因有:①填料老化嚴(yán)重。②壓蓋螺栓沒有擰緊或出現(xiàn)松動。
解決方法:①更換新的填料。②均勻的擰緊壓蓋螺栓。
The causes of such failures are:①The serious aging of fillers.② The gland bolt are not tightened or loosened.
Solutions:①using renewal fillers.②Tighten the cap bolt evenly.
故障2.端蓋出現(xiàn)滲漏

發(fā)生此類故障的原因有:①螺栓未擰緊。②O型圈損壞。

解決方法:①檢查螺栓是否松動,將其擰緊。②更換新的O型圈。

Solutions:① Packing gland should not be pressed too tightly, shoulid relax properly. ②Correct the perpendicularity of the packing gland. ③use renewal transition device.
故障5.啟閉到頭了電機沒?;蛘邌㈤]不完全
Fault 5.The motor does not stop or the start and close are not complete
發(fā)生此類故障的原因有:①極限開關(guān)失靈了或者是過載保護裝置不準(zhǔn)。②極限開關(guān)動作過早或反應(yīng)太遲。
The causes of such failures are:①The limit switch is out of order, or the overload protection device is not allowed. ②The limit switch works too early or too late.
解決方法:①更換極限開關(guān)或者對過載裝置做調(diào)整,保證度。②調(diào)整極限開關(guān)的反應(yīng)速度。
Solutions:①use renewal limit switch or adjust the overload device to ensure accuracy. ②Adjust the reaction speed of the limit switch.
